INSIDE SALES REPRESENTATIVE

BASIC FUNCTION

Manage and grow Pflaum Publishing Group sales for assigned territory by:

–          Meeting territory contact and sales goals

–          Developing and building relationships with the parish/school representative that  has purchasing authority

–          Processing call notes and orders in the PRESSTO information systems

–          Investigating and resolving customer problems

–          40 hr. work week

QUALIFICATIONS SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE:

Minimum Education:  Sales experience required.  Catholic Religious Education experience a plus.

Minimum Experience:  Knowledge of Excel, Word, and experience with contact management program. Good people, communication and phone skills.
